Is it possible to upload more than one file at a time?

Yes! Just select all files within a folder on your harddrive. scoopa will start multiple uploads in a queue.


Why is scoopa much faster in upload speed than other file transfer solutions?

scoopa is on the top of speed if it comes to file transfer solutions which do not need hardware or software.

scoopa approximately use >90 - 95% of your internet bandwith even with very huge connections.

This is because we use multiple uploads in your browser at the same time (even if you only see one).

Another reason is that the datacenters from AWS which represent our cloud infrastructure are fully scalable in internet-connection-bandwith and server-performance.


How can I check if the file was uploaded without any failure or loss of data?

During the upload scoopa is doing md5-checksum calculations to ensure the data/integrity (copy fidelity). If an error in an uploaded part is detected - the affected part will be re-uploaded.

If scoopa finishes an upload - you can be sure it's a 100% copy of your local file.


Instead of file deliveries - for me it is more important to receive huge numbers of Hi-Res video!

Fine for scoopa. Tick the box for „Mailbox“ next to the User during registration and the User can upload content at any time to his Mailbox. In this workflow scoopa reacts vice versa and send Email Notifications to the Administrator that a User uploaded files.


I had to change my workspace during upload and therefore the IP changed during that process - can I resume my upload?

Yes you can! In between a time span of 48 hours the upload will resume.

An upload window opens, but I cannot select a file to upload
